This year our event is re-envisioned, but the SPIRIT of this meaningful day remains unchanged!

Rock ‘N Run’s mission has always been to unite the community in our fight against breast and ovarian cancer by raising awareness to enhance prevention and early detection and raise funds for local and national  breast and ovarian cancer initiatives. 

This year will be no different! You will have the opportunity to race at your own pace during the months of September and October, in honor of Ovarian and Breast Cancer Awareness months respectively, culminating with a Rock ‘N Run community dance in your own space!

 

THE COURSE: PICK YOUR COURSE AND RACE AT YOUR PACE 

Whether it's running or walking 5 kilometers in your neighborhood, on a treadmill or around the house, riding a bike, roller skating or other physical activity following social distancing guidelines…just wear your pink and teal!

We encourage you to share your story, images and videos as you complete your 5K  via social media by tagging @rocknrunmiami or use  #rocknrunmiami

DATE:  October 4, 2020 ZOOM

We’ll kick off the morning at 9 am with a welcome, followed by a cardio-blasting dance class via Zoom for all participants.

The zoom will showcase special performances by Claudine Nannini and Videosync.

Registration Fee: $25

Packet Pick Up:

All participants will receive a Prevention Pack with a Rock ‘N Run mask and sponsor and beneficiary giveaways.
